No-Show / Cancellation / Late / Waiting Policy:
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit confirms your booking and reserves your date and time exclusively for you.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of:
No-shows
Same-day cancellations
Late arrivals beyond the grace period
A full refund is only issued if the appointment is cancelled by Henna with Seema.
